Semiconductor Materials Components Equipment Technology Center provides cutting-edge research and development support as well as customized corporate support services by utilizing the manpower, technology, and equipment accumulated through more than 40 years of research and development. As the only government-funded research institution, we are building a variety of process equipment and specialized facility operation systems in the semiconductor laboratory with a cleanliness level of Class 10.

In the semiconductor laboratory, batch processing of 0.5㎛ CMOS IC is possible. Using this, we provide various national research and development support, such as next-generation neuromorphic semiconductor research and extreme semiconductor device research, and MPW services to train university and graduate design personnel. We actively utilize our excellent human resources, technology, and infrastructure to support research and development and product production by external industries, academia, and research institutes. In particular, by utilizing the ETRI N-TEAM and the Convergence Innovation Support Group's technical support, we are promoting corporate growth by providing various services such as technical advice and facility equipment support to small and medium-sized companies.
