Research area is categorized into smart materials (nanomaterials, thermoelectric materials, batteries, electromagnetic materials, iontronics materials, low-dimensional materials, meta surface, etc.), next-generation semiconductors (neuromorphic semiconductors, duplex devices, oxide semiconductors, applied LED, etc.), intelligent components and sensors (components for space application, digital x-ray source, intelligent sensors, etc.) and quantum application of topological insulators.
