Dr. Seung-Hun Jin, Managing Director of Cyber Security Research Division of ETRI, won an accomplishment award at the 9th Asia-Pacific Information Security Leadership Achievements(ISLA) held in Manila, the Philippines, for his contribution to the information security field. He was selected as a Senior Honoree in the information security professional category and made a showcase speech at the awards ceremony, demonstrating his prestigious reputation in the region.
From research on the introduction of Internet banking in the late 1990s to the latest FinTech services, Dr. Jin has constantly contributed in the field of developing and commercializing fundamental technologies for information security. In his speech, Dr. Jin remarked, “Cyber security can be ensured only through exchanges and collaboration with a number of experts, and I am dedicated to continue to work with professionals in this field around the world.”
