How much has healthcare and IoT developed?
ETRI’s technology opens door to age of medical IDX It is the year 2030. Kim, a 40-year-old woman, was warned of her high insulin level by her AI doctor. She was able to prevent her condition from worsening thanks to the early diagnosis. The AI doctor also informed her of other medical symptoms. This seems like a scene you would come across only in movies and TV dramas, but it is something that will likely happen in the near future. AI is regarded as a possible extender of human longevity, and many countries, including Korea, are concentrating their resources on healthcare-related research. Let’s examine the present state and prospects of healthcare technology by ETRI, a leading ICT institute of Korea.
