Harmful Content Analyzation and Blocking  in URI Streaming

• This technology extracts sample frames from the streamed URI and decides its maleficence. Then, it forms a database (DB) of the harmful URIs based on the level of harmfulness the clients had set up and sends the database to the client. (Note that harmfulness is refined only to sexual contents)
